Turin Shroud Update Evening (part 2)

Join us for a second evening exploring the enduring mystery of the Shroud of Turin. Following an engaging session at the end of March, Rev. Matt Thomson returns to continue the story and share further insights into this remarkable and much-debated artefact.

The Shroud of Turin has fascinated believers, historians, and scientists for centuries. Many Christians regard it as the burial cloth of Jesus Christ, while others see it as one of history’s most intriguing scientific puzzles. In this follow-up session, we will go deeper into recent research and discoveries.

Matt will explore additional areas not covered in the first talk, including studies connected with the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, intriguing dental evidence, and the work of historian Markwardt and the “discipline of the secret.” Together, these perspectives open up fresh avenues for understanding the Shroud’s origin and its continuing significance.

You are very welcome to attend whether or not you came to the first session.
