Food Bank Donations

Throughout the year there are boxes placed in both St. Andrew’s, Banwell and Congresbury in which donations can be placed for Weston Foodbank.

All items donated to the Foodbank are greatly appreciated, but they are in particular need of the following :-

  • FRUIT JUICE/SQUASH
  • CUSTARD & RICE PUDDING
  • LONG LIFE MILK (SEMI SKIMMED OR WHOLE)
  • COOKING SAUCES (NOT PASTA)
  • INSTANT/MICROWABLE PORRIDGE
  • TOILET ROLLS
  • CLEANING PRODUCTS
  • TOOTHBRUSHES
  • RAZORS AND SHAVING FOAM

You can find out more at Weston Foodbank’s website by clicking here or visiting https://westonsupermare.foodbank.org.uk/

A huge thank you to everyone who donated food items during the weeks surrounding our Harvest services, this was greatly appreciated.

Banwell

Donations can be placed in the box in St. Andrew’s Church for collection or taken to Banwell Youth and Community Centre, where Foodbank items are being co-ordinated as an outpost of Weston Foodbank. Most donations are redistributed throughout Banwell village.

Congresbury

Donations can be placed in the box in the porch of St. Andrew’s Church or the porch of 17 Paul’s Causeway. They are then taken to either Weston Foodbank, or an outpost of Clevedon Foodbank at Yatton.
