New Creation Churches Building Better Community

Prayer Diaries

New Creation runs two Prayer Diaries:

Banwell Prayer Diary

Banwell publishes a monthly Prayer Diary. It provides a diary update so we can pray for what’s going on in Banwell or New Creation and prayers from individuals.  We also include a schedule of local organisations and each street in the village.  Prayers can be for yourself personally, for others, or local or world issues – whatever you would like to pray about.

To submit a prayer for Banwell’s Prayer Diary please email it to kirstyjaynebowles@gmail.com or drop a hardcopy in to The Hub at Banwell Methodist Church or leave it in the Suggestion Box in St Andrew’s, Banwell.  All prayers are gratefully received.

Your Banwell Prayer Diary Team is Kirsty Bowles, Liz Cran, Sheila Lane and Gloria Boddy.  If you would like to get involved please contact Kirsty on the above email address or telephone the Banwell Church Office on 01934 822858.

Congresbury Prayer Diary

Congresbury’s monthly Prayer Diary underpins the whole church community. It provides faces to names, a diary update so we can pray for what’s going on, daily bible readings, a ‘thought for the month’, details of our external giving charity that month, and a wonderful wealth of prayers from individuals, and feedback on answers to prayer. Each person involved with the church is included once every five months, and we also include on a five-month schedule local organisations, each street in the village, our church leaders, & mission contacts from overseas.

We like to put people who are new to the church in the Prayer Diary as soon as they are happy to go in. Please contact the Church Office if you would like to be in it. We need a digital photo (email to rosemary.west@newcreationchurches.org – or speak to the Congresbury Church Office to have one taken), and you will be contacted by one of the prayer diary team (see below) to ask for your prayer entry. Prayers can be for yourself personally, for others, or local or world issues – whatever you would like to pray about.

The Prayer Diary Team is: Rosemary West, Sue Hoskins, David Ashton-Hilton, Mo Barber,    Liz Morton, Sonya Stocker and Ian Stocker.
